Blue Note Record Shop

The Blue Note was located in a house on North Dixie Drive in Dayton, a few blocks north of the traffic circle. They carried a good stock of country and bluegrass records, originally 78 rpms, but later 45s and LPs. Carlos Brock cited the Blue Note as the place he and his brother went to buy records to learn the songs they would later sing in the bars around Dayton.
