OKI Bluegrass Association
The Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana Bluegrass Association was established in October of 1980 with the purpose of promoting, encouraging, and preserving bluegrass music. To those ends the organization has held monthly meetings, jam sessions, and issued a newsletter. It has organized and held bluegrass festivals at Roundeye’s Park near Laura, and at the Polish Club park at 3690 Needmore Road in Dayton, to raise funds as well as give local bands a chance to play and earn some money.
