RALEIGH, JEDD (1927-)

Jedd Raleigh played bluegrass around the Dayton area with his band, the Country Cut-Ups, for many years in numerous clubs. In 1973, he was at Bob and Flo’s at Wayne and Smithville, in 1976 he was at Mel’s Arrow Club at 2820 Wayne Avenue, in 1976 at God’s Little Acre at 111 Lake Road in Medway, and in 1978 at J & D’s Corner Lounge at 900 Leo Street. He recorded a single on Jalyn Records in 1971 with Bob Dooley on fiddle, Herman Holt on bass, Jedd on guitar and Wes Campbell on banjo.
