STEWART, RONNIE (1971-)

Born in southwestern Ohio, Ronnie Stewart learned guitar early and began playing in his dad’s band. Later on, he became interested in the banjo, the instrument he is still playing in 2016. Bands he has played in include Prime Time Bluegrass Band, Charlie and Wilma Hoskins, Blue and Lonesome, Miami Road, Wild Horses, and the Woolum Brothers. In 2016, he plays banjo and does vocals with the Cincinnati band Nightflyer. In 2008, he issued a solo CD, “Can I Sing This Song For You.”
