Top Tennessee Records

Top Tennesee was a Dayton label that produced predominately country records, but did release the classic bluegrass record “Loneliness,” by Red Spurlock and the Powell Brothers, and a single by Erwin Keith and the Slade Mountain Boys, which is notable for the first appearance on record of a young Larry Sparks as a sideman. Top Tennessee was a house label of Megacity Recording Studio in Dayton.
